# Cancellation and Refund Policy

FindMyPart sells listing credits.

## Cancellation

Once listing credits have been successfully added to your account, the purchase cannot be cancelled.

## Refunds

Refunds are only considered if:

* Payment is successfully deducted but credits are not added.
* Duplicate payment occurs due to a technical issue.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
